Application in the Format at PERMIT/F/024

(ii)

Copy of the R.C. Book along with original for verification.

(iii)

Copy of Vehicle Insurance Certificate.

(iv)

Letter of recommendation from the Port users on their letterhead in the format PERMIT/F/025 for whom Vehicle will be utilised.  Such Port Users should be registered with the Port.
