How the bill is prepared ?

(i) Intimations with the details such as the area allotted in Square Meters, the Rate, the Period of allotment and the location of allotment of land/premises alongwith the terms and conditions of payments etc. are received from the Traffic Manager, Dy. Manager, I.D./P&V/CFS and Asstt.Manager, BDC.

(ii) The above information is recorded in Registers and Intimation letters are filed.

(iii) Based on the above information monthly  bills are prepared and rendered.
