How to apply ?

Applicant has to submit application alongwith relevant documents personally

(ii)

Where to Apply?

Application made on applicant’s letter head in prescribed format should be submitted to The Chief Public Relations Officer, Secretary’s Department, Port House, 2nd floor, S.V. Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400001 during 10.30 am to 5.30 pm on all working days except 2nd and 4th Saturdays and bank holidays

(iii)

How the submitted Application is further processed? 

After obtaining the necessary no objections from all concerned authorities, permission for shooting / photography is granted subject to the Terms and Conditions 

(iv)

How to make payment ? 

Payment towards charges and deposit should be made by cash or demand draft preferably demand draft drawn in favour of The Board of Trustees of Port of Mumbai payable at Mumbai.

(v)

How to track application processing / How to check status?

Applicant may contact Chief Public Relation Officer on the no. 66564027, 22611982 during the time 10.30 am to 5.30 pm to check status .

(vi)

How to apply for Site Visit permission before carrying out photography / video shooting?

Applicant may apply for the permission for site visit on his letter head.

(vii)

How to apply for refund of deposit ?

Application should be made on applicant’s letter head within 3 months from the date of photography / video shooting. Refund towards deposit  paid will be made only through ECS

No refund application will be entertained after 6 months from the date of photography / video shooting
