Application form on applicant’s letterhead as per prescribed format |

(ii) |
Copy of ‘No Objection Certificate’ from local police |
|
(iii) |
Copy of ‘No objection Certificate’ from Navy (in case the shooting is required to be carried out in harbour) |
| (iv) | Copy of ‘No objection certificate’ from concerned department under whom the area falls |

Note : Applicant should carry original documents of (ii), (iii) alongwith him and obtain permission from Customs |
