The Party to submit application on their letter-head mentioning the name of  Barge/Launch on which the party is to be performed

Following documents to be submitted in original alongwith photocopies for verification

Copy of valid Survey Certificate

Copy of valid Insurance cover along with annexure

6.

Copy of receipt of payment made to Mumbai Port Trust in respect of Water Conveyance Charges and Port Dues.
