Application on the letter head of  CHA / Importer as per format at Application Form furnishing details of cargo/vessel is made by him along with Vessels Agents NOC, and  authorization letter from importer.

How the submitted Application is further processed?

  Permission is granted by Dy. Traffic Manager, CA. Shed Supdt. after  verifying the same permits discharging of cargo directly on consignees/CHA’s trailer/truck. The trailer/truck loaded with the cargo is parked at a suitable location to avoid any inconvenience to traffic / cargo operations or allowed to be offloaded at the storage area earmarked by sectional Asstt. Manager pending completion of  cargo clearance formalities.
