Traffic Manager, Cargo Accountal by the Agency concerned on their letterhead as per format at Application Form providing details of materials to be handled with name of the vessel, approx. quantity, description of materials and whether storage is required or for direct clearance.

Letter from master / vessel agent of the vessel for discharging of material

Permission of Customs for discharge / clearance of wooden scrap material

Permission of Dy. Traffic Manager, Cargo Accountal

Payment of Port Trust charges

Permission of Dy. Commissioner, Customs Oil Unit in case of sludge / waste oil

Permission of Director, Pollution Control Cell  in case of sludge / waste oil
