The MSTC Ltd.(A Govt.of India Enterprise) has been appointed as auctioneer on nomination basis to conduct e-auction on behalf of MbPA as selling agent for disposal of all categories of goods, surplus materials and scrap/obsolete materials (including ferrous and non-ferrous) as well as equipment/ machinery, vehicles and miscellaneous articles, etc., in the indigenous market on behalf of all the units/divisions of the MbPA. This Selling Agency Agreement (SAA) is valid for a period of 3 years from 27.06.2023 to 26.06.2026. It will, however, deemed to continue till either party terminates the agreement by giving a notice of 3 months to the other party.
