All the roads in the outlying areas (areas outside Docks / Operational areas) are open to General Public, except for Link Road and Wadala – Mahul Road which are available on chargeable basis. Roads in the operational areas are available for use for Port users only. MbPT has handed over a number of roads belonging to it like P.D
