Carting permission to vessel agents

Vessel Agents obtain carting permission from Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager, Indira Dock for the export cargo to be loaded on their vessels planned to be berthed in Indira Dock. CHAs/ Exporters for the cargo to be loaded on above said vessel, cart their cargo at carting locations allotted by Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager, Indira Dock.

(i)	Submission of Berthing application	Application Form \| Checklist (i)	Apply Online
(ii)	Generation of VCN No
(iii)	Grant of carting permission to vessel agent by Dy. Manager ID		View Online
(iv)	Entry through Gate of CHA’s / Consignee’s vehicles loaded with export cargo under shipping bill / checklist and carting chit.
(v)	Receipt of export cargo at the shed under shipping bill / checklist and carting chit

(i)	Approving Authority	Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager, Indira Docks
(ii)	Processing Duration	Immediately after the receipt of application during office working hours
(iii)	Application Scrutiny Levels	1 level scrutiny for all applications
