Greetings from Mumbai Port Trust. This is in reference to the implementation of GST w.e.f 1st July 2017. You being our esteemed customer/vendor, we would require the details of GST pertaining to your organisation in the attached format along with a copy of your GST Registration Certificate.

Since this is a pre requisite mandated by law for all the billings from July 2017, we request you to please send the same on or before 30th May 2017, so that we have sufficient time for smooth transition of data from current VAT/Service Tax to GST and update our systems accordingly.
