GREEN POWER IN PORT OPERATIONS

Mumbai Port has installed 1.5 MW capacity rooftop Solar power plant in 2019 and another 3 MW rooftop is in the final stage of implementation. The RE power generated from existing solar power plant is fully utilised for our own consumption.

Mumbai Port meet 90% of its power requirement for operational areas from Green Power purchased from Tata Power.
