Alumnus of the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, (LBSNAA) Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Graduate in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics. With over 15 years of administrative career, held various leadership positions including Director Agriculture, Weights and Measures – Bihar, Managing Director Bihar State seed corporation –a company, State Transport commissioner, Municipal Commissioner; Patna Municipal Corporation, Managing Director Bihar state milk federation- a cooperative organization (COMFED), Additional CEO, Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEVIKA) and District Collector in five districts. Experience of managing World bank and DFID UK funded projects.

Govt of Bihar : (i) Additional CEO, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society, JEEVIKA : Undertook administrative and organizational strategies at the livehihoods promotions society. (ii) Managing Director, Bihar State Milk Federation (COMFED) : Successfully managed procurement, and logistics operation of milk across Bihar under Bihar State Milk Federation, benefited over 10 lakhs members (iii) Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation : Undertook crucial responsibilities as the municipal commissioner of the state capital. (iv) State Transport Commissioner : Spearheaded the Department for many landmark operational and strategic interventions. (v) Director, Weights & Measures Division : Led and developed a complete ERP for weights and measures, ERP for traceability of seeds based on QR mechanism for home delivery of seeds during CoVID

(vi) Director, Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Limited – BRBN : Led operations and management of 6 seeds processing centers across Bihar with capacity of 8.30 lakhs quintal/years (vii) Director, Department of Agriculture : Successfully managed logistics of 40 lakh metric tonnes of fertilizers and 10 lakh quintals seeds per year in Bihar, benefitted over 1.5 crore farmers
