The cargo vessels / Repair vessels are allowed to carry-out hot works of urgent nature on board the vessel in wet Docks. Cargo vessels are also allowed to carry out lashing / unlashing of cargo on board the vessel.
(A) Steps :
(i) Vessel Agents obtain the
permission from Port

once again approaches

of permission & same is
granted as per steps
